Stand-Alone Software Stand-alone software is provided by default and placed on a USB flash drive in package. ● Flexible Work Hours. Set up multiple patrol programs to accommodate different time periods and attendance needs.. ● Multi-Location Attendance. Add and name multiple location cards, like parking lots, warehouses, etc., to accurately record attendance at each specific location. ● Attendance Data Integrity. The patrol report can be viewed based on time, location, personnel, program name, number of inspections, and missed inspection data. ● Equipment Requirements. If patrolling is required at different time periods with only one staff, a single reader is sufficient. However, if multiple staff members need to patrol simultaneously, multiple readers are necessary.. ● Multi-computer Data Interoperability. Managers can access patrol reports from other computers even when they are on business trips.. ● Customized Service. If you have any additional functional requirements, please feel free to contact us. Our team will communicate with our engineers to determine if they can be implemented. 2. Cloud Software Cloud Software has all the functions of stand-alone software. In addition to that: ● No software installation is necessary on the computer. Our cloud software only requires a web login, and you can set it up after logging in.. ● You can use the mobile app to log in for attendance clocking and view the data. Please note that the setup cannot be done within the app.
